This front drop link lock nut is ideal for replacing corroded, seized, damaged or previously removed hardware during front drop link, anti-roll bar or suspension repair work.

Functions
•  Secures the front drop link / stabiliser link connection
•  Provides a factory-correct M12 x 1.5 locking fastening point
•  Helps keep the front anti-roll bar link securely attached
•  Supports correct front suspension and anti-roll bar operation
•  Helps reduce unwanted movement, knocking or looseness in the drop link area
•  Resists loosening caused by road vibration and suspension movement
•  Maintains OE Porsche fitment, thread size and fastening quality.

Drop link lock nuts are exposed to road dirt, water, salt and suspension movement. Over time, the nut can corrode, seize, round off or lose its locking function. Because it secures part of the front anti-roll bar system, it should be replaced if damaged or when removed during drop link replacement. Using a Genuine Porsche OE lock nut helps ensure the front drop link is fastened correctly and safely to Porsche factory standards.

When to replace:
•   When replacing a front drop link / stabiliser link
•   When removing or refitting the front anti-roll bar link connection
•   If the original nut is corroded, seized or damaged
•   If the nut thread is worn or the locking function is compromised
•   During front suspension repair or overhaul
•   If there is knocking, looseness or movement around the drop link fixing
•   When restoring the suspension with correct OE Porsche hardware.
