How to tell if your differential bearings need replacing?
Characteristic noise from differential/transmission occurs during acceleration and coast (engine breaking). To distinguish differential bearing noise from wheel bearing noise steer left-right like you are warming up the tyres for a race.
If the noise changes its intensity then it is a wheel bearing. If intensity of the noise remains the same, this means the differential bearings need to be replaced.

What is LDS ramp angle?
Ramp angles primarily determine the behaviour of the LSD under acceleration and braking. They are often referred to as 1 way, 1.5 way, and 2 way, these terms refer to when the differential locks.
LSD Multi-variant Ramp set (Pressure plates) provides 3 different ramp angle positions:
30°/30°
30°/60°
50°/65°
Pressure plates are made from a forged material for maximum strength

Why is the Multi-variant Ramp set a must-have for all types of racing ?
This set combined with our Performance clutch set is the ultimate LSD performance upgrade. It allows you to adjust your differential from 25% up to 100% lock in 2 ways or 1.5 ways. By altering the ramp angle setup, you control how fast and effectively the differential locks. You don't need several differential as adjusting this one according to your track requirements will guarantee success.

Many Cayenne owners report 'crunching' sounds and vibrations from the rear axle, without any solution from the local dealers. The dealers claim all those sounds coming from the rear differential 'normal' but such noise is certainly not normal.
This problem was studied and it was concluded it comes from a worn limited slip differential (LSD) clutch plates. As these aren't available as a spare parts, we produced our own Rear LSD clutch replacement pack.
Our production technology is well-tested and approved by California Motorsports, a company specialized in rebuilding Porsche transmissions.
Instead of purchasing a super-expensive new rear differential for your Cayenne, which will eventually break down as well, you can repair yours. Not only that, with this LSD repair set, you will solve this problem for good.
