Designed for Porsche Air-cooled 911 engines compatible with a Nickel Ceramic bore, these pistons are machined from forged 2618 alloy for greater strength. The valve pockets are machined to accommodate high lift cams, and accept the stock stroke and rod length. The ring grooves are precision CNC machined and all new applications include skirt coating and 3D undercrown milling. Piston clearances designed for aluminium cylinders, steel/iron cylinders may require additional clearance.
